  • 1.  Account configured in LUA for Remote Distribution Centre getting locked multiple times

    Hi All,

    I have configured a Remote Distribution Centre in LUA(2.3.1.82). All the required configuration has been done in IIS. Successfully we have distributed the updates to Remote DC. We have created a service account to be used to push the updates to Remote DC. The account is getting locked after 10 to 15 minutes. It's showing the same has been locked on the machine on which RDC is configured. No interactive login is allowed on the service account.

    This is possible due to some setting in AD. I don't think of any reason why Symatec would do this. Can you check the account in AD?

    From AD logs we came to know that the account is locked from the machine where RDC is configured. Apart from that we don't have much info from AD.Please find the logs of IIS where RDC is configured.
