Hi all,
I am getting account lockout after few wrong attempt. So, is there any procedure to unlock or reset the password !!

Use resetpass.bat from program files\symantec\SEPm\Tools\
Wait 15 mins then run this tool..or change the system time to +15 min then run this tool
then username :admin
password:admin

Default Log on Threshold for
Default Log on Threshold for account lockout is 5 attempts.
You can increase or decrease it in SEPM from ADMIN- Admiistrators- Edit Administrator Properties tab
