Activation could not be completed. Sign in again later to activate VIP Access. Error Code : 0x10

I've installed VIP Access on my Windows 8 laptop. However when I try to launch the following error is displayed : "Activation could not be completed. Sign in again later to activate VIP Access.Error Code : 0x10.

I cant see anything in support relating to the 0x10 error.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
