  • 1.  Active Directory import hangs

    Hi,

    I have upgraded my SMP to the latest 7.5 and have issues with importing computers and users from different domains. It looks like it starts importing, but hangs at one stage. I had a look in the logfiles, but that doesn't give me any clue what the problem is.

    I have attached a screenshot, because a picture says more than my description.

    Any suggestions?

    Check to see if the AD sources that are mentioned still actually exist in AD, as I have seen imports fail when an OU or group that is being targeted no longer exists.

    This issue is resolved, because I had an empty OU. This was causing the hanging of the AD import task.
