    Hello,

    I apologize if I'm not posting my question in the right forum. At my work we have been upgrading users from EP 11.x to EP 12.1 and we have the problem of the Active Scans running constantly on user's computers after the upgrade. Even after disabling the active scan in Scan for Threats, the scans still run sometimes 4 or 5 in a row. They seem to run at startup or around mid-day. Is it possible that the scans are triggered when the definitations are updated?

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for the response. All of our computers are currently unmanaged so I do not have any way to centrally apply policies (or even edit a policy for an individual client).
