activity center don't load

Hello everybody, I need some help.
 
the last week, I installed SMP 7.1  SP2, on a server that has Symantec Endpoint Protection console too.
the problem start when I add the server management suite to the previous installation with Client management suite
after installation, the SIM show  the message "Product is not properly configured" and the software management page don't appear and I see my Altiris console MANAGE/COMPUTERS - old view as Altiris 7.0. No new design with MS Silverlight.

what can I do?

You could try and install the msi for the new console manually, it'll be in an "Installs" directory and have a name with "Activity Centre" in it.

Maybe run it from a command prompt with /l*v "%temp%\accentre.log" for full msi logging.

I agree with andykn101, however, I would suggest doing it through the Symantec Installation Manager. When doing this make sure you are logged in as the Application Identity/Altiris Service Account as well.
