When trying to create my import into the service desk I am getting some strange issues

I am unable to uncheck the disabled accounts without the Employees becoming unchecked I do not want to import disabled accounts from AD.

Any help would be good

Looks slightly different but it is probably this known issue.

TECH178704. Known Issue: Deselecting an OU for import also unchecks the OU immediately above it

Unfortunately, no easy workaround.

This issue is fixed as of Workflow 7.1 Sp2 MP2.
