Endpoint Encryption

I know how to change a user's name on the SEE server but how does that translate to the PGP desktop? I would like to keep the user's current profile on her latop (printer, desktop shortcuts, favorites, etc) but I'm don't see a way to change her name in PGP. Once her AD username is changed and I've made the changes on the See server, if she logs into her laptop with her old username, will it recognize that this is the same person?

Yes, it should just enroll the new user - to be sure i would delete their PGP folders in %appdata% to force a re-enroll - once the new username is reflected inside the Universal Server you can then manually remove the old user, it wont remove it automatically.
