Hello, i imported the users from my AD to control on SEP 4 MP1
but when i look at the default group
there is a lot of users on it, that are remain in OUs importeds but show like not connect on the OU and show like connectd on default group, these kind users are getting the default user polices and not the OU polices, and theres another issue, there are some Computer Mode Clients on the default group, and when i try to switch to user mode give me an error like following
Switch Conflict
computername\domain.com already exists in the group "the group where these user is placed (the one imported from ad)"
Anyone can help me please.
Obs I already tried to block the defaul group to new clients and reinstall the client with that option to remove old configs and didnt work.
