I created a report which contains a custom resource type.  The context menu is working, but it doesn't display the bulk edit option.  How can I get the bulk edit option on a report?

Bulk edit option should be present in the context menu under ‘CMDB functions’ and will get visible after selecting multiple resources (using shift or control key) on a report. Please let me know if this resolution works for you.

The bulk edit option is not displayed.  On this report it isn't listed under the CMDB Functions sub menu.
