"Add Comment" feature overwrites previous comment

    Service Desk 7 MR2 (7.0.1360). When our workers add a comment to an incident that already had a comment entered, the new comment overwrites the previous comment. Is anyone aware of a workflow, or other, change so that multiple comments can be added to an incident?
