are you adding replication partner while installing secondary sepm?

if these are two standalone SEPM 's and you trying to add then it will not work

I'm trying to add another SEPM to my current replication setup which already consists of 2 replication partners. So would like to add another. When I tried the above error is what I get?

so i assume there are two sepm's already present you are going to add these for replication , correct? if yes, then you cannot add.

replication can be added while installing secondary server and you need to select the option to select replication.

How am supposed to replace cert?

I'm not deleting my rep partners

Yes, there are 2 SEPMs already set as replication partners

    So I cannot add a 3rd??

What else can I do as I have 2 that would like to add?

SO basically server 1 and 2 are already replication partners. Now I want to add server 3 and possibly 4 to the group. Can it not be done??

ahh..so two SEPMs are replicating, you facing error while third, is that correct? this can be added? to which SEPM are you adding it? Is the other SEPM up and communicating on port 8443?

Do you have a firewall in between the two, perhaps 8443 needs to be opened?

Correct, 2 SEPMs are currently replicating and I want to add the 3rd (and likely 4th down the road). I get this error when trying to add existing replication partner on the first rep partner I created. It seems to see the cert and once I hit next I get the error above. I believe 8443 is open is there a way to check? I did a netstat and it shows 8443 as listening

Are there other ports needing to be opened? Maybe this is the problem??
