Hi All,

I have Netbackup 7.1 version installed on windows master server 2008 and 2 windows media server and four appliances. after finishing the configuration for the 5020 appliances(   two appliances in one pool). the next step I want to add those to pools to the backup system.I added the first storage server (puredisk) type succesfully . then I failed to add the second storage server for details : from credintial i choosed storage server then right click then new .the wizard started i choosed pure disk the i entered the storage server name and all credintials then the wizard verified the the credintial and every thing was fine . then wizard start the second step to create new storage unit and pool here the the wizard didnt show me the capacity of the appliance was empty so i could not go forward if no capacity..

Please advice !!!!
