For anyone like myself that's running SMP 7.1 with IT Analytics installed, can you please tell me whether any of the "Add Remove Programs Search" reports in your console are NOT from ITA? At least in my console, all these reports appear to be from the ITA install where I don't remember whether there were any of these reports native to SMP.
Also, it seems I'm getting some inconsistent results between what Resource Manager says what software is installed on a given PC and what my Add Remove Programs Search report says (e.g. resource mgr says the machine has Java 7 Update 25 which is accurate but the ITA report says it's at Java 7u45). My ITA processing is current and the user says they've had Update 25 for awhile now where they previously did have Update 45 loaded (but well before the date my ITA processing completed successfully).
