Right - close Outlook, unhide files, search for extend.dat, delete 'em.
When you re-open Outlook, it will recreate them. Outlook caches what it's supposed to load. That DLL was changed or moved or different name, so the cache doesn't match the file......
You see that from time to time, depending on how SEP was installed where SAV used to be (actually this is the correct forum - You can get that message when SEP is installed over SAV when Outlook is open. Last time I saw it was after our upgrade to SEP)
