I am using symantec enpoint proctection 11.0, I want to know how i can add a scan message to emails sending thru Outlook Express/Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007

Do you mean you want o insert a warning message if it found a risk?
In SEPM Edit AV/AS policy go to microsoft outlook auto-protect/internet auto protect ---Notification--->insert a warning into email message

Yes you can
Enter the details
Internet E-mail Auto protect
In that message Notification if want to send to sender click on sender or others
Then enter your mail server details
Then Add the e-mail address whom you want to send
