Add system to SEPM group via command line

After installing SEP on a Windows 7 system, how can I set the group for that system in the SEPM console using the command line?  It is placed in "Default Group" automatically, but I'd like to move it to a different one.

You need to manually move in the group you want it to be in. There is no option from the command line.

You could use the moveclients utility to script moving clients to groups. It's on your download ISO at Tools\NoSupport\MoveClient_Utility

Right click on the client and select Move , you should be able to move it to any groups

No cmd line exists for moving clients between groups

You can be create the setup with choose of that group where you need to be place it. So the client will be install and move in the respective group.

Can you send me this file?  I can't find it in the ISO.  Also, can you post the syntax for using it?

    My email is blashmet@gmail.com

    Thanks!

The problem is we have 10+ groups, so we can't create 10+ packages everytime a new version is released.

You dont need to create packages, thats why there is an autoupgrade.

whenever there is a new version is released you need to create 32 or 64 bit packages, rest will be using the policy.

I don't follow.  You say there is no need to create packages because of an autoupgrade feature, then say you need to create 32-bit or 64-bit packages.  Can you clarify?
