Adding new license key in 11D

Hi,
I have my 11D media server setup and working fine. I have a new windows remote agent key received and wanted to install it. I had already installed the remote agent before i received the key. NOw, when I select 'License Keys and Installation' under Tools, I have 2 options: Local Install and Remote Install. If I choose Local Install, I can see License key option, but it will install the application again. I dont want to happen this. If I choose the remote install, I dont see the license key entry option.
What should I do now, HOw do i enter this new key without affecting my installation?
Any help is appreciated.

It doesn't reinstall the application at all. It will simply make those changes with the new licenses to enable them. It doesn't go through the installation process again.
