I've just started playing with SD7.5 (specifically for change mgmt) and was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to add changes to the calendar before they get approved.

I would like them to appear in the calendar as "scheduled" so that others can see what is planned.

Form what I can see right now, the change only shows up in the calendar once it has been approved and is ready for implementation.
