Adding Process variable groups

I would like to add Process Variable: '[ProfileProperties].service_desk_settings_group_support_ii'
(to keep the compatibility with customer Support II group names). Is this even possible?

To add profile properties to ServiceDesk, go to Admin - Application Properties in Process Manager. You should see an entry for ServiceDeskSettings. You can add more properties to this profile as you wish.
Once the properites are added, you'll probably need to relaod your project to see the new profile property values available on the stream.
Here is where I'm talking about adding more groups.
I need to be able to make rules.

I did that but it still wouldn't show up. It looks like it has to have no spaces.
