    All,

I need the Report Incident graphic and link on the Home Page of our Service Desk portal.  I already have the Service Catalog there, with only the It Services folder that you have to expand with only the Report Incident link underneath that but, management wants the button from the Submit Request page.  Is there a way to do this?

We offer a couple of different web parts for the Service Catalog. Unfortunately the way they display the designated links isn't customizable. One will display the options as simple folders & links. Where the other one will provide the icon, link, & description information about the specific service.

    Is this what you're after?

If so, I think you're looking for ServiceCatalogListWebPart.

You have to bear in mind, however, that some web parts only fit in zones of a specific size.  I believe this one fits 33%.

Yeah I tried this but nothing showed up in "From Categories:" dropdown.  I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing.

Check your permissions for whatever account you're logged into ProcessManager as.

You'll want DirectoryService.DefaultAccess.  Let me know if that fixes the issue with the dropdown being empty.

Sorry this did not correct the issue.  My account is also in the administrator group, which I know doesn't have every permission.

if you log into processmanager as "admin@symantec.com" (or whatever your admin account is), are you able to see items in the dropdown?

Yeah, but only the default and Office and File Workflow categories.

This ended up being a permissions issue. Thanks Africo for helping me to resolve this.
