Hi,
I am trying to search a KB article on how to add a secon tape drive to backup exec 2012. Please suggest me some related document regards the same.

checked with the device manager window and found that windows is also not recognizing it
checked with the customer did she reboot the server after installing the driver
customer informed that she had rebooted the server and even ran the tapeinst.exe also
informed that customer to check with the hardware vendor and customer agreed
