Adding a Task in the process manager

I am working on a workflow where an automated email is sent to external users and the team we have here must wait on their reply (business that nobody externally have access to the system).

I am trying to figure out how to, after I send the automated email out to the external users, I can create a task in the process manager in the form of an Approve/Deny review form for the Worker here to visit once they receive a reply.

What components within the toolbox support the ability to create a task and assign it to a person/group?

The component you're looking for is the Dialog Workflow component. It has a tab that allow you to pick task assignments, as well as a tab that allows you to set up a model that mimics the task to be worked. In your case, this model would have a Form Builder component showing the task you described.
