Is there a way/syntax in SEPM 12.1 to add a global exception for a file without specifiying its location.
Example :
Exclude jvm.jar in all folders.

Appologies for any miscommunication- it is not possible to use a wildcard the way to wish. The articles linked provide instructions on what it is possible to configure.

I don't think it's possible to use wild cards as your looking for...
There is no way to add wildcards like * in CE policy. You can exclude a process though without specifying the location, but be noted that it will be for truscan exception.

As of now it is not possible to use wild card for file location. But it is possible to create an exception for the file extension (*.jar).
