ADDLOCAL Property

when using ADDLOCAL property through command prompt when ADDLOCAL=ALL is executed and if suppose one of the feature contains a condition and the condition fails, then "the ADDLOCAL property will be applied to our software package or not when installed.? or will the package gets installed or not?"

suppose ADDLOCAL=feature1,feature2  both the features contain conditions. What happens if the condition fails? will this property be applies or not?

Thanks in advance

ADDLOCAL

If a feature's conditions do not allow it to be installed, then the ADDLOCAL property will fail, as the feature has not been installed at all.

For clarity...

...it would only be the conditioned feature which would "fail", not the entire list specified in ADDLOCAL.
