Admin account locked in SD7

Hello,
I have a question. For some reason, I mistyped the Service Desk Admin password (admin@logicbase.com) and get it locked!
The point is there is no way to unlock it.
In an Active Directory, for example, the Admin account cannot be locked.
Do you now a way to unlock this important account?

Solution foud
I opened the Users table in the Ensemble database and put to "false" the IsLocked Field. I waited 10 minutes, and could log in again.
