  • 1.  admin password reset

    HI

       we are unable to login as admin, if i try to reset the password it says mail sent to your registerd mail id but i wont resive any mails on registerd mail id please help me to reset the password

    You can use restpass.bat tool

    What the product you need to be reset?

    For SEPM reset

    If it is SEPM 12.x then you can go with the below thread Harry H comment

    If the SEPM is 11.x then

    To reset the administrator password

    Go to on.

    1. Locate the Drive:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools folder.
    2. Double-click resetpass.bat.

      The user name and password are reset to admin.

    3. Log on to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager using admin for both the user name and the password, and change the password.

    You need to call support and get the resetpass.bat tool. They can fix this for you.
