The Administrator Account is Locked

Hi,

We have successfully installed EPP Manager and configured the clients.  However, for some reason we now cannot log back in to the EPP Console and get the error message "The administrator account is locked".

We installed it with the embedded database and have run the resetpass.bat utility to no avail.

Can anyone help with this problem please?

Many thanks,

Steve.

Hello,

AFAIK, even after forcibly resetting the password the account will remain locked until the timeout has expired. If you haven't changed the default timeout setting, the account should be accessible again, using the default password, 15 minutes after the last attempt.

Hope this helps.
