Administrator Alert: Virus definitions on Symantec Mail Security are out of date.

Hi,

We are having a issue at a customer of us. The problem is that we cannot update Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange.

"Administrator Alert:  Virus definitions on Symantec Mail Security are out of date."
Virus definitions on the server: JB-SBS1.jbh.local are 3 days old. To remain protected, ensure that LiveUpdate is working properly.

For more information, visit http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH153185=

What to do? We cannot update Mail Security by hand, its not updating. We get the message that we currently have the latest version.

It does not mather if we choose Rapid Release definitions or Certitief LiveUpdate definitions.

Do you guys have any idea what this could be? And how this could be soled?

Thanks!

Kind Regards,
Lesley
