Administrator Password Change

We are using Symantec Endpoint 11.0.6 with Exchange 2003. When we changed the admin password the Symantec Mail Security, and Live Update stopped functioning. We try to run Live Updates manually to no resolve. We have also noticed that the Mail Security Service is in a "starting" mode and not ever started. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please elaborate on the issue.

What is version of Exchange that you are using ?

Is it installed on the same server as Backup Exec or on a remote server ?

Have you installed Exchange Agent ?
