I would make sure that Adobe Illustrator CS6 is checked under the Vendors and Software section for Jobs/Tasks > Software > Patch Management > Import Patch Data for Windows. Then I would rerun the import of vendor information using the update button and schedule that task to reimport all of the patches.
If that's all set correctly, it may be a problem with the PMImport because I have that checked and I do not see it either. Might be worth a call to support.
