Previously I had run into an issue to where an Administrative Install Point installation of Adobe Acrobat Pro was basically incompatible with the Altiris Patch Mechanism. This may or may not have been because I had patched my Administrative Install Point up to a version that was a security update, not a quarterly update. Is anyone currently patching an Adobe product up to a quarterly update version in an administrative install point, and then letting Altiris patch it the rest of the way? Does that work, and does that affect the transform settings?
Currently I'm going to use the base install with the huge patch list at install time, because I know that works, even though it is a huge amount of data and time to patch them on the client level, but I would like to hear what other people are doing.
