This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi,

Any ideas on how this can be achieved?

We'd like to set the Type drop down list to default to 'Break-Fix'

I've had a look at the Advance Incident Form in Workflow, but there doesnt seem to be an option to default this....unless i'm wrong?

Regards

It is not too difficult, do

It is not too difficult, do this:

  1. Open the form, open the drop down list for type
  2. Change the "Selected item" to a constant value of "Break-Fix"
  3. Uncheck "Always use selected item"
  4. Uncheck "Display Blank Item"

Thats it, the default selected item will be "Break-Fix" but of course you can still select another type.
