Currently we are running Altiris NS7 (Linux agent) on multiple servers, which are running Redhat 32 bit OS. We have been experiencing issues where the server becomes unresponsive after running 5-7 days consecutively, we are then forced to manually reboot the server. Upon investigation we noticed that the aex-pluginmanger is consuming more resource than some other primary services. It is my understanding that the aex-pluginmanger is just a script that launches the actual aex-pluginmanger.bin, which is the actual agent. Has anyone else experienced this issue or does anyone have suggestions that may help us determine root cause of this issue?
