The default agent settings compresses the .nse file information before it is sent to the NS server. When it gets to the NS server, the files are uncompressed so they can be read (and the data written) to the database. See if this article helps:https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=17984&p=1

I read through the provided KB and re-registered the .dlls that were suggested and the problem continues.

Are you receiving data, and is it getting posted to the database? Are the bad queues filling up with files?

Now that you mention it I checked a dozen hosts and I haven't received an event since 2/17/09 but I'm receiving inventory. Where is the bad queue located so that I can check it?

Just wondering if this is left over from your SQL move issue. the bad folders are in the EvtQFast and EvtQueue (the two primary queues) on the NSCap shares.

No, it worked fine after the SQL move. It just started on the 17th after I installed HP client Manager

Also, I checked both folders and their is only a directory named process in each but no files.

    Any other thoughts?

Process is supposed to be empty. The files get deleted after writing to the database. I suspect you may have to call support on this.

    Hi Josh,
I don't know your history like Jim does, but what update Rollup are you on? Did you notice which other solutions HP CM installed? The following KB suggests you need to be on R4 or higher to SWD 6.1 SP3:
