The Aexnsagent is crashing on some computers: Only for Windows 7.

    System event :

    • Service Control Manager
    • event 7031
    • Symantec Management Agent stop

We got a customer with installed a DS 6.9.453 Dagent, and obtain 10% Aexnsagent crash.

We remove the DS 6.9.453 and it seems working better, no agent crash...

    Any body similar issue ?

Aexnsagent CRASH 3 times and stop. I already ask for exclusion with McAfee, seems problem also no McAfee there.

Symantec support told about a "hotfix" to come ??

Thanks this link: Kevin already find it and was applied, but still a crash on multiple machines. That is strange, because those client are clean fresh image reinstalled from a Microsoft SYSPREP. Only Win7 x64 machines.
