aexsnplus application error

Hi All,
can someone explain me why this error occurs.
The application, C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris agent\Software Delivery\{01B54EB5-3679-4C73-9E10-E169D5A5EC59}\cache\aexsnplus.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 08/04/2009 @ 00:00:30.972 The exception generated was c0000005 at address FE7391D7 (<nosymbols>)

We'll need a little more information. If you're getting this on an x64 workstation or server, try modifying your AeXInvSolnAdm1.ini file to add the /nosndata16 switch to the line which calls AeXSNPlus.exe. What model of machine is this occurring on? What version of Inventory Solution are you using? 6.1 SP3 was released a few months ago. Also, see the following KBs:
AKB 34354
AKB 29404
AKB 20045 (if error is occurring on a Citrix host)
AKB 46428 (indicates this issue fixed in SP3)
