We use NS and on each of our clients we can of course run C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXSWDUsrUIWin.exe to see what packages are waiting to be run etc....      How can I find out what packages are waiting to run on a remote client "without" taking remote control of their system?     Does AeXSWDUsrUIWin.exe store its information in any Reg key or in a file?

A few options

1) You can look at the resource manager view for the client, and see what policies are assigned to it.
2) You can utlize the Remote Agent Diagnostics tool, which will give you essentially a real time view.
