Does anyone know which table/field contains the value for 'Affected User'. Same for data type/data field in reports.

Table - ReportProcessContact > ContactType = 'Affected User'
I think all user related association are stored in the following table:
Table: ReportProcessContact
where ContactType = 'Affected User'
