Dear All,
I am trying to customize the Submit Incident(Advanced) form by adding Affted User/Submitting Contact Field instead of Primary Contact Field which we need to select manually by searching the users.... We have a requirement not to select the users manually and the same should be populated automatically with the logged in user details.
I have tried a lot to replate the Submitting Contact variable where ever i find the Primary Contact variable, but still I am not able to create incident. this is th primary requirement of the customer...
help me in doing the above said configuration....
