  • 1.  After 2269 patch sysprep option for Win 7 not there

    When creating an image, sysprepped, there should be, in Sysprep Configuration, an option to select the version for Win7, but it seems to be missing now.  I haven't been able to get the sysprep version for Windows 7 or Windows 7 64bit as an option since we updated to the 2269 patch.  I've browsed to the Windows\System32\Sysprep directory, and there is a sysprep.exe file in there, but when I try to Add it to the Sysprep Config in Ghost Console, I get an error.  Is anyone else seeing this same issue?

    Hi,

    Build 2269 patch should apply over GSS 2.5.1 build 2266. I suspect you must have applied the patch on older version of GSS version which is not correct. Please go through the readme for instructions to apply 2269 patch. Upgrade the GSS version to 2.5.1 build 2266 first if you have older version of GSS and then apply the patch.

    Please check and revert back if you have any specific query.
