TouchDown

Ever since the upgrade to Android 5.1 Touchdown has occassionally been prmopting for a PIN twice even though I am certain it was entered right on the first try. This happens maybe 5% of the time for me, but for one of the users that I support at our company it is happening 90% of the time.

I tried setting a new PIN myself and still had the issue occur after that. Just this morning I cleared data and resetup Touchdown, though it will be hard to verify if that worked due to the infrequency of the issue for me.

Any other ideas what might be causing this?

The issue is still occuring after clearing data and re-adding my exchange account. Is anyone else experiencing this? Got any workarounds/fixes?

I have attached a log export from moments after it had just occurred for me.

Exact the same issue here since upgrade to Android 5.1. For me the issue happens maybe 70% of the time. It would be nice if there will be a solution from symantec.

I have the same issue.  Touchdown also prompts me to set a PIN each time I launch it by clicking a new notification from the notifications bar.  Nexus 6 here running Andoird 5.1.

I am having the same problem.  Happens 40-50% of the time. Nexus 5 on Android 5.1
