    Hi,

    SEPM V11 MR4 11.0.4000.2295

    After some disk problems, the folders
    %programfiles%\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\inetpub\content\{1CD85...
    %programfiles%\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\inetpub\content\{C60DC...

    are missing, and all clients definitions not updating...

    I try this https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/not-updating-definitions with no success.

    I try a complete reinstallation but the problem is the same...

    do you have another SEPM in your setup(network)? If yes copy the folder and paste it on the SEPM which does not have these folders, restart the IIS and DB service. ( IIS service restarts  the SEPM service).

    Uninstall / Reinstall SEPM without DataBase

    Clients update are OK
