after Endpoint protection 11 client installed PC freeze - removal tool needed

Hello , please help ,

after I have installed Endpoint protection 11 client on WXP station, the WXP OS freeze.

So, I want to unistall this client , and install new one with less options to run better.

But system uninstall does not work!! I tried to stop services, run repair, none of this work I cannot repair WXP in any way, nothing works at all

I think the last chance is to use removal tool, to clean installation , and then try new with simple configuration.

please can you send me link to download, or any other help ?

Unfortunately you can only obtain the removal tool from tech support by opening a case.

I wouldnt recommend using software from an unknown origin on your corporate network.

Just open a support case and get the official SCSCleanwipe. it is update quiet often so worth grabbing the most recent version every now and then.

That file looks like it is just packed with a generic packer of some sort rather than an actual malicious virus.

It has been run through Virustotal in the past and all the better AV defs ignore it and all the others flag it.
