After full scan and clearing the risk manually Still the risk found error occurs ( clients 10.1.5.5000 & servers 10.1.8.8000)

Hi all,
some of my secondary servers and clients shows risk found errors after scanning full scan and clearing the risk status manually still after some time the risk found is displayed and most of the time no virus is detected after full scan.
please suggest how to tacle this situation.

I feel it a auto protect POP
I feel it a auto protect POP up you are getting.. If this right it means that some machine is attacking the this computer. IF you are using the SEP the follow the below document & trace the risk.
