After install, the "Your Virus Defintions are Currenlty Out of Date" dialogue box

Hi
Is there anyway to stop this appearing after the SEP install?
I have gone into the policy settigns and change the setting not to notify users when defs are out of date and recreated package, but the message still flags up straight after install.
Is this default behaviour or can I hide this message?
Thanks in advance - am using pull method (heartbeat), so was guessing the policy change would not take effect until 5 minutes after the install, but then again I thought a copy of the policy files gets put inside the package?
Thanks guys

Yeah i think that is easier than moving client groups after install/new exe.
Anty problems if I have that setting off for a while?
Can turn back on after roll out I'm thinking.
