Hi,

Please follow this Article to clear the corrupt definitions on SEP 12.1

How to clear out definitions for a Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 client manually

http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO59193

And after that take a system which is updated with latest virus definition.

from that system...>>>

Go to c:\program files \comman files\symantec shared\virus defs

you will able to see a latest dated folder which has the latest virus definitions,
copy the contents of that folder;
Folder will be like this ..  >>>>    201104003

After that create a folder called incoming on the machine (which is having issue)

c:\program files \comman files\symantec shared\virus defs\incoming

Then paste the contents of  201104003 folder inside incoming folder

then wait for 1-2 min it will be udpated

Thank& Regards,

Ambesh
