After installation of SEPCLients not showing in the controlpanel

Hello,

i need your support

after installation of sep client succesfuly But "encounter problem".

the problem is:

in the start menu symantec endpoint protection is Empty.

Not showing in the controlpanel

No icon in the icon tray.

Using sep 12.1

Action taken,

Try to cleanwipe and then install sep client but same problem.

What's the exact SEP version? Is this an upgrade or a fresh install? So the client is installed (icon in task tray) it's just that the SEP start menu entry is empty?

does the registry and install folders present?

SEP 12.1 2015.2015 fresh install the clients succesfuly installed but no icon inthe task tray and in the start menu is empty.

Have you tried with the latest version, RU4?

What OS is this happening one? Only one client or multiple with this issue?

Nope, this is windows 7, there are 3 clients have same issue.

Hi,

Did you check what size of SEP client Package ?try to export new sep client and reinstall.
