Which SEP components are installed?  Is Network Threat Protection enabled?  If so, that contains the firewall component.  Check to see the firewall traffic or packet log to see if this traffic is being blocked.

...I disable NTP on this client, and will test it on Monday, but isn't there a better way than to just disable NTP? LIke to list an exception to allow traffic to permit BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager to run as it should???

Does Black Berry Web Desktop manger uses any Ports.?
If yes then we can open the ports in the firewall or we can create exception for the port as well as the application in the firewall rule so that we don't have to  disable NTP

    To communicate with exchange

    (LDAP) default 389

Still working on resolving the issue above....the default SQL port of 1433 comes up during installation....which is what we use for the actual BES production box. Any other ideas as to why this is not functioning?? Anyone??

BES uses port 3101 to send and receive messages

How to open ports in SEPM

In the SEPM click on Policy
    .
Go the Firewall Policy and Click Rules
    Add a Blank Rule
    Click on Servives
    .Click on Add.
    Select the Protocol
In the Remote and Local  ports drop-down list, type ports that you want to open
    Click OK.
Make sure the Rule is set to allow

I believe adding the exception to the program folder is what did the trick

https://servername/webdesktop/app?page=Login&service=page&orgId=0 <-- is the actual link
