is it managed or unmanaged installation? unmanaged installation blocks windows file sharing by default so you need to change the policy.

hi,
what version of the SEP is installed?
check the traffic logs and verify the reson for the shared folders being not accessible. Uncheck the NTP and see if you can access the folders, if yes you may need to create an ACL for the same.
